Our main Knoxville office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We have several satellite office locations for your convenience. Please use our main office phone number for appointments, and direct all correspondence and payments to our Knoxville address.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.  Call (865) 549-4638 and either Dr. Baker or Dr. Young will be contacted immediately.

Health Insurance Plans

Our office participates with most health insurance plans including Medicare.  Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.  Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company.
